The anticipated V3 token upgrades for Polylastic is now live. The following guidelines outline what to expect as we make this migration to the Polygon network.

The V2 contract 0xbe510da084e084e3c27b20d79c135dc841135c7f will become obsolete with the implementation of the latest network taxation structure encoded in the new smart contract. POLX token holders will need to upgrade existing V2 POLX tokens to the new version with the following contract address:

0x187Ae45f2D361CbCE37c6A8622119c91148F261b

To Perform the Token Upgrades:

To add polygon on your metamask you can simply click the button “add polygon to metamask” on the Polylastic Swap Portal.

-or-

Setup Matic Network on MetaMask:

  • Open Metamask
  • Under ‘Settings,’ click ‘Networks’
  • Click ‘Add Network’

Input the following, under ‘New RPC Network’:

Network Name: Polygon

RPC URL: https://polygon-rpc.com/

Chain ID: 137

Symbol: MATIC

Block Explorer URL: https://polygonscan.com/

Click ‘Save’

Congrats — You have now connected to the Polygon / Matic mainnet with your Metamask Wallet!

Important: Transactions on the Polygon network require its native token, MATIC, which will be used as gas fee. Please be sure to hold a small amount of MATIC in your wallet to cover transaction fees (even 1 USD worth should be sufficient). To add MATIC, send MATIC (native token) from whichever centralized exchange you use to your MetaMask.

Upgrade V2 POLX (on BSC) to V3 on Polygon

Enter the Polylastic Swap portal through your web browser: portalpolylastic.io (If you are storing your tokens in Metamask, connect through your Dapp internet browser)

Connect your wallet by clicking ‘Connect Wallet’ on the upper right corner of the page

Under ‘Swap V2 POLX to V3 on Polygon’ enter the maximum amount of V2 POLX tokens that you currently hold in the white line box (this number should be displayed below the line box)

Click ‘Transfer’

Click ‘Confirm’ when prompted by Metamask

  • You will see ‘Locking “xxxx” of V2 POLX’ displayed on the screen, followed by ‘Submitting Lock Hash’. You may view this transaction if you choose, by clicking ‘View Transaction in Explorer’)

Next, click ‘Deposit Tokens’ when this prompt displays on the screen

  • MetaMask may prompt you to ‘Switch Network’ from BSC to MATIC. Click ‘Switch Network’ at this time.

You will then be prompted to confirm contract interaction. Click ‘Confirm’

Once the transaction is complete, your V3 POLX tokens should show in the Polygon Network section of your wallet. If they do automatically display, scroll down to ‘import token’ at the bottom of your wallet's token list.

Enter:

Token Address: 0x187Ae45f2D361CbCE37c6A8622119c91148F261b

Token Symbol: POLX

Token precision: 18

Then simply click ‘import’

At this time, you may disconnect your wallet from the swap portal, by simply clicking ‘Disconnect Wallet’ on the upper right corner of the page

Congrats — You now hold POLX tokens on Polygon! Please note that all V1 and V2 tokens on BSC will no longer be available for trade. You may now trade POLX tokens through Quickswap.exchange or Kucoin (when POLX trading on their platform has resumed post-migration).

**If you use Trust Wallet*

Follow the same steps as above. Be sure your Trust Wallet is updated to the latest version. You will not be required to set up Polygon Network, as it is already set up. You may be required to ‘add’ the Matic contract to your wallet.

  • In your wallet, click on the two circle/two line “toggle” icon. Scroll down until you see ‘Polygon MATIC’.
  • Click on the blue switch to enable Polygon to display in your wallet
  • On this same page, scroll all the way to the bottom and click on ‘Add Custom Token”
  • You will then be prompted to enter custom token info.
  • Network: Polygon
  • Contract Address: 0x187Ae45f2D361CbCE37c6A8622119c91148F261b
  • Name: Polylastic
  • Symbol: POLX
  • Decimals: 18

Where to Trade

The V3 POLX token on Polygon is now available for trade on Quickswap.exchange. Keep in mind that you will need MATIC tokens if you plan to purchase POLX on Quickswap.

The V3 POLX will also be available on Kucoin shortly. We will keep the community posted as to when the V3 is live on their platform. Currently, they are making sure everything is in perfect order, as they want to ensure a flawless user experience.

Thank you!

We hope that this guide has helped simplify the token exchanging process as we transition to the Polygon network. As always, we appreciate the Polylastic community for your continued support as we kick-off 2022. We are very excited and confident in what the future holds. Thank you.
