Kucoin Now Supports (V3) POLX

After much anticipation, we are pleased to announce that the POLX token, built on Polygon, has just been listed on Kucoin and is now available for trade. This includes buys, sells, withdrawals, and deposits. Here’s what you need to know to trade on Kucoin:

Preparations

Kucoin uses Version 3 of the POLX token. This is a Polygon contract only. All deposits to your Kucoin account MUST be the V3 token on Polygon. The supported Polygon token contract address is as follows:

Note: DO NOT send V1 or V2 tokens on BSC to your Kucoin account. DO NOT send POLX tokens to your Kucoin account from another exchange.

Creating an account on Kucoin

To create an account on Kucoin, follow the simple steps under the ‘Sign Up’ section on https://www.kucoin.com/ or on the mobile app.

Deposits

Go to your main account and select ‘Assets’.

Search for POLX and click the deposit button. Your POLX main account address should display.

Click ‘Copy Address’.

Return to your MetaMask or Trust wallet and send your POLX tokens to the copied address. BE SURE that your tokens are V3 POLX tokens, as V1 and V2 tokens are no longer supported on Kucoin.

Trading

On Kucoin, you have 2 different wallets. One is for deposits and withdrawals and one for trading. POLX is paired with USDT, so you will need USDT in your trading account to purchase POLX.

Withdraw

Transfer POLX tokens from your trading account to your main account. Once your POLX tokens are in your main account, select “Assets’, select POLX, and click ‘Withdraw.’

Be sure to withdraw to a wallet that supports your POLX tokens on the Polygon network. Follow all security prompts.
